RETURNS

General Return Instructions

You can return the goods you ordered within 14 days of receiving them. Please enclose the delivery note with the package and seal it carefully. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received: unworn, unused, with their tags and in their original packaging.

Returns must be sent independently and at your own expense to the following address:

Refund

Upon receipt of your return, we will process it as quickly as possible and refund the amount. The booking and refund will be made within 14 days of arrival at our warehouse. We make every effort to process returns as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued. 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct online exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply place a new order.
